Shipping policy
The customer is responsible for all shipping cost. Customer is responsible for the product once transferred to the shipping carrier. All shipping claims for any damage or missing packages are to be made with shipping carriers. Standard shipping cost includes lower 48 states only. All returns require a RMA number (return merchandise authorization) from Rocket Exhaust which can be obtained by phone or email prior to returning the product.
